TO8 Day 12 2:4

    Observations

Day 12 2:4 George Lucas was born close to the cusp with the Minor 5 which suggests some wayward influences on his attitudes to people might come through into his creative and image-rich mental life. There is certainly no doubt that there is the hint of a chip on his shoulder when it comes to presenting his films. If his most recent Star Wars episode is anything to go by, he seems to disdain his audience and to enjoy deliberately underwriting the plot and dialogue. He challenges critics of the banality of his work by pointing to its succes in the world. But, as someone observed, making a movie for children doesn't necessarily mean that it has to be written by children, which is the impression one has with his latest offering.

George's Essential Year

George 58 years old. He is about to enter the fifth part of his second phase of his second cycle, embodying the contradictions mentioned above. He will move out of this in May 2003 and may well surprise us all with a new humanitarian project with global reach.

May 2002

Major 2: Minor 4

Day Twelves are passionate, enthusiastic and sexy.  They like to act with style and are concerned with the rituals of life but have difficulty making sense of their inner conscience. They enjoy networking and can make friends everywhere but may be unusually passive when it comes to getting what they want out of their relationships.   They are concerned with the correct forms of human interaction and feel that etiquette is vital to society they live in, yet often feel undervalued because of this. They are full of ideas and keen to use them to relate to people but may lack the empathy necessary to ease the leadership roles they would like to take on. They are willing to give ground when challenged on points of order. They may find it difficult to work in isolation and prefer to be always in contact with their colleagues.  They are creative and take in images at a glance, but they often feel that if they spoke in the language they would want to use few people  would understand them.  They enjoy testing the value of their social connections rather than working hard at the mental connections they are good at. They are impetuous at times, finding it difficult to consider things coolly, and may depend much upon past practice for what to do. But they can learn to overcome their hesitancy  by pursuing situations through to their final outcome, or by taking their ideas to the finishing stages. Sex is an important factor in their relationships, and without a continuing sensuality and eroticism in them, interest in keeping a relationship going will fade.  They may hide a fundamental exasperation with the ordinary way of doing things and want to cut corners and use connections to get things done, but are fearful of making irrevocable decisions. They are concerned about the meaning of life, a worry they may keep to themselves, and they have a real concern about their role in the world. They may feel strangely remote from the daily grind of life. They need to know the economic value of what they do. They enjoy the material benefits of success and are keen to preserve their financial security. They may be too cautious, however, to put themselves  out on a limb in the hope of a real gain.
